John's obituary

John Louis DelliGatti was born on February 17, 1936 to Ernest and Alberta DelliGatti. He is one of seven children. He was born and raised in Connellsville, Pennsylvania and later moved to San Francisco as a young adult. He was an entrepreneur, and did everything from being an award-winning hair stylist, to movie producer, to commercial real estate developer.
He is survived by two of his seven siblings; Joseph (deceased), Donald (deceased), Louis, his twin brother Franklin, Eleanor, James (deceased), and Gerald (deceased), his wife of 57 years, Judy, five of his six children, his eleven grandkids , and his eight great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He and his wife loved to travel and were fortunate enough to be able to travel to many countries throughout the world. He was a true fan of football, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Oakland Raiders. He loved going to the movies. John Louis was a passionate cook. He enjoyed cooking, creating, and tasting many different variations of the Italian classics.
Later in life, his health declined and he died of natural causes on September 11, 2019.
He was deeply loved and will remain within our hearts forever.
