John was a true thesbian at heart. He had a real knack for making an audience laugh, so we thought it would be cheeky if all of you dressed in theatrical costumes for his reception. He would and will absolutely love it. We may even have a phantom in the wings ;)

Quigley Canyon was one of John's favorite places to snow shoe, bike, hike, and sneak fish with his grandkids ;).
Meet at 9am in the Quigley Canyon parking lot and take a walk on a rolling hills dirt road to the pond. It's about 4 miles round trip. Bring water!

John LOVED music and hosting music performances in his home. We are lucky enough to have a wonderful local band called The Beverly Lovers perform for us while we nibble on heavy hors d'oeuvres.

Phantom Hill is a portion of Highway 75 where John co-produced the Sun Valley Road Rally for years. His love for this beautiful portion of the valley and cars makes this a very special place.
Meet at the SNRA parking lot at 10am and join us on an intermediate ride to phantom hill and back. This might be more of a "locals" activity. Please provide your own mountain or gravel bike, helmet and water.

John was an incredible fine artist. One of his favorite mediums to work with was paint. He started hosting painting party's several years ago and we would like to host another in his honor. So whether you are a true Picasso or paint like a 3 years old we promise it'll be a hoot!
