John was born to Lee W. And Elizabeth R. Dalgard on April 4,1961 in Racine, Wi. As a child , John loved helping restore old cars and later he wrestled for the Camp Hill, H. S. and later on the ARMY wrestling team
John met his wife Lee Ann in April 1993 at Camp Kasey, S. Korea. They married Sept 27, 1994 …
