I just learned of John’s passing, and I’m heartbroken. When my husband and I moved to Atlanta, we became good friends with him. Through John, we met so many wonderful people and experienced some truly unforgettable shows and moments. He was such a cool guy, and we always had a great time whenever we were together.
Although we lost touch after moving to Chicago nearly ten years ago, we always hoped we’d reconnect someday. We’re incredibly saddened by his passing and are thinking of everyone who loved him.

John and Sarah drove all the way from Atlanta to Beaufort, SC....a not fun drive!...to visit Uncle Oliver and Aunt Sally. The next morning, I heard them softly talking and laughing.in their room and it was the sweetest sound. I will never forget it.
