John Clifton Rice passed away November 1, 2019. He was 55. He is survived by his Wife Lori Ann Rice, His son Bobby Rice, Kevin (Patty) Baker, Grandsons Seth & Jacob Baker. There will be a memorial service on November 23, 2019 at Noon. It will be held at the First Baptist Church of Garden City. If you have any questions please contact the church.
