John Dulane Carvin (12/25/1951- 06/27/2024) passed away Thursday morning in his home in Reisterstown, MD due to complications of a stroke.
Born in Potsdam, NY to parents Ernest “Eddie” and Leola “Jean” Carvin, John grew up in Watertown, NY where he attended and graduated from Watertown High School. He would go on to attend Jefferson Community College to earn his associates. After finishing school, John worked for New York Air Brake in Watertown, NY, starting …
