Son of Karen Gainey (Blevins) Loving father of John Blevins, Jr, Katlyn Grace, Abigail Blevins and Elizabeth Blevins, Dear brother of Sandra Blevins (Leah Mateczun), Robert Kimball (Jamie Miller), Jeffrey Kimball Jr. and Steven Fournier.
