It is with great sadness that the family of John Arthur Rice announce his passing on May 16, 2021 at the age of 72.
John Rice was born on December 12, 1948, in Dallas, Texas. He lived in the DFW metroplex and was a popular personality at Lewisville Lake known as “Captain Bling Bling”. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert C. Rice Sr. and Marjorie Brunson Rice and his older brother Robert …
