John Patrick Armstrong, age 46, of Valparaiso, IN, passed away on February 2, 2020 in Hammond, IN.

A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 pm, Friday, February 7th at New Hope Church of God.

John was born in Gary, IN, to Charlotte and Bill Armstrong on March 26, 1973. He was a graduate of Portage High School, class of 1991. He married Kristin Hess on July 17, 2004 in Portage, IN. John held various jobs in his life, but his favorite was always with music. He was a Buddy Holly and Elvis impersonator in his early twenties and most recently a DJ. He enjoyed fishing, poker, and rooting for the Green Bay Packers. He loved spending time with family and friends.

John is preceded in death by his mother, Charlotte Armstrong.

John is survived by his wife, Kristin Armstrong; his sister, Mellissa Miles; brother-in-law, Dennis Miles; his father, Bill Armstrong; his nieces, Lauren & Lindsey Miles; his nephew, Logan Miles; his great-nephew, Brendan Sowers; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
