Dear Max, Marika,

Marika, Johan would be so proud that you are helping other kids fulfill being able to play soccer in his name. I hope as time passes the joy you will bring to these kids helps heal your heart as you think of your amazing son! Eternal hugs for you and your family. I’m sorry I will miss visitations we are out of town, know I am here if you need anything.

There are just no words…. My heart hurts for you all. Never once did I see Johan without a smile on his sweet little face …. As well as my close friends who are here often called him, ‘the little gentleman of the Gathering Park.’ He was so polite always opening doors and letting them enter the elevator first.  Job well done to you both as parents! His presence will be so missed. Love and prayers to you all.

Marika,

I am very sorry that we will not be able to be with you during the visitation services. Unfortunately, we already had a planned vacation.

Please know that you and your family are in our prayers, asking our merciful God to bring you comfort and strength.

I had the opportunity to speak with your son, and he was a wonderful child. He radiated light with his smile and joy.

I am sure that God is smiling as He welcomes him by His side.
