Joey Dean Chitwood, a spirited soul who seasoned the world with his humor and culinary delights, embarked on his final adventure on February 17, 2024, at the age of 57. Born on July 27, 1966, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Joey's recipe for life was simple: a dash of kindness, a sprinkle of laughter, and heaps of love.

As the maestro of merriment, Joey was never one to shy away from a chance to be the centerpiece of fun. His bubbly personality could shine through the darkest of clouds. Joey loved to cook for everyone & always associated food with family.

Leaving behind a legacy of love are his wife Angie, his children Amber, Shae, Breeanna Behler (Craig), Selena, and Shiann, along with his beautiful grandchildren: Marissa, Michael, Matthew, Mason, Malia, Avery, Colton, Montgomery, Malaya, and Mia, and a great-grandson, Brentley. Joey also leaves behind his father LeRoy, his brothers Tony, Gary, and Richie, his sister Debbie. He was a favored relative to many nieces, nephews, and cousins. His mother, Donna Kay Chitwood, surely prepared a heavenly welcome for her son.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, February 22, from 5-7pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 7272 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231.

Celebration of Life will be Saturday, February 24, from 1-5 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 3144 Blue Rock Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45239.
