Joell's obituary
She is survived by her children- Alicia (Mitch) Herke and Zack Schaper, as well as her granddaughters- McKenna and Brooklyn, mother- Sandy Green, brothers- Todd Moen, Chris (Tove) Moen, and boyfriend- Rob Steere (and family). She is preceded in death by her father- Dennis Moen.
A memorial service will be held at the Herke residence in Andover, MN for all family and friends later this spring. The family is requesting any donations go to National Alliance on Mental Illness Minnesota.
