Joel Weltman, 76, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020, in Hollywood, Florida. Joel was a talented Painter, Graphic Designer, and Photographer. He grew up in Brooklyn, NY and Hazleton, PA, and moved to Miami, FL in 1992. Always a New Yorker at heart, his ashes were partially spread at Asher Levy Park in Coney Island across from his childhood home, and also at Lincoln Center, where he got his start at Graphic Design.
