It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joel Miller, beloved husband, father, and friend, who departed this life on February, 17th 2025 at the age of 65. Born in Charleston, WV, Joel was the son of the late Delores and Babe (Morris) Miller. He was a man who embraced life with humor, intellect, and boundless curiosity, always willing to lend a hand or share a joke.
