Background
Joel was born in 1973 to Federico and Elizabeth Garza. He grew up enjoying life with his favorite hobbies of fishing, hunting and smoking up his favorite BBQ.
Those that knew him knew Joel always stepped in to help others when they needed it and enjoyed spending time with his family. Through out his life he brought nothing but smiles and laughter to everyone he met. He will be dearly missed, but we are confident that he is in a much better place with our Heavenly Father.
