11-01-1946/6-31-2019. Joe(Papa) passed away unexpectedly from complications from pneumonia at home. He lived with fiance and girlfriend of 8 years, Teresa M. Colson, her sister, Beth A. McCoy, and his best friend and dog, Noah. He so be and is greatly missed.
