Joanne Walker-Joseph, of El Paso TX, died peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's on September 5, 2023. She was 77 years old.
Joanne was born on July 10, 1946, and lived in Central New York for most of her life. She was predeceased by her parents, John Walker and Marie Kaiser Walker.
Joanne was retired, but worked in a variety of industries, her favorite being a radio sportscaster for the Syracuse Chiefs. …
