Joanne Arlene Towle, age 80, of Circle Pines, MN, passed away on July 25th, 2020. Devoted mother, grandmother and friend. She was a very caring person and, more than anything else, she cherished spending time with her family. Survived by brother, Carl (Rose); children, Delroy Jr., Rodney (Lisa) and Jody (Kristen); Grandchildren, Shawn (Tina), Tasha (Sean), Michael, Alexis and Jaxson; and great grandchildren, Gavin and Raelynn.
