My condolences to JoAnne's family. I first met JoAnne when we work together for Transit 911 and when we merged together with NYPD 911 . She wasn’t only a co-worker she became a dear close friend .. not only to me but my mother also who had since past .. we would hold phone prayer services together with Mina, Demmie, Shirley and my mother. She will be Truly Missed. She was a special women inside and out I’m going to Miss You Joanne please give my mother a hug from me ! Love you always !! Till We Met Again ❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾
