Joanne M. Novey (nee Kirchoff) passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 90 in Roseville, CA. She was born on February 5, 1934, in St. Paul, MN, to Rose and Walter Kirchoff.

Joanne was known for her kind and generous nature, her sense of humor, and her loving personality. She was a devoted mother, survived by her daughter Lisa. Joanne is also survived by her nieces Bobbi, Jeanne, and Marjorie, and her nephew Nick.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Dick, second husband Frank, daughter Julie, mother Rose, father Walter, sister Lorraine, brothers Mike, Ray, and Herb, and niece Liz.

Joanne was a member of St. Claire's Catholic Church in Roseville, CA, and St. John's Catholic Church in Quincy, CA. She did not wish to have any memorial services. Contributions in her memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

The ABC Cremation Society in Sacramento, CA, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
