JoAnn Willand, age 67, passed away on July 30, 2019. She was the beloved wife of John. They shared 46 years of marriage together.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of Charles and Paula Artinger. She graduated from Chicago Vocational School.
She was a member and retired employee of Hinsdale Covenant Church. She enjoyed crafting, gardening, baking, and helping with church events. She will be remembered for her generosity, humor, and love for her family, friends and pets.
She is survived by her spouse John, son Michael (wife Julie Knudson), sister Carol Mampe (late husband Ray), sisters-in-law Judy O'Brien and Dorothy Smith (husband John), and brother-in-law Tony Willand.
The Celebration of Life service will be held on August 10, 2019 at 1pm at Hinsdale Covenant Church, 412 South Garfield Street, Hinsdale, Illinois, 60521.
