JoAnn Frances (Skogen)Moran, 81, Richfield, MN passed away peacefully March 31, 2020. She was born to Oscar and Gilma (Hylland) Skogen March 24, 1939 at her maternal grandparent's home near Scarville, Iowa and baptized May 14,1939 at Center Evangelical Lutheran Church, rural Lake Mills, Iowa. She graduated from Bricelyn High School, Bricelyn MN 1957, cosmetology school in 1958, and worked in Albert Lea, MN at a beautician, later moving to Minneapolis. She married David Moran …
