It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joann Peruski, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister. Born on January 27, 1945, she departed this world on November 23, 2023, leaving a legacy of love and resilience.

Joann is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Nancy Kirsch, son James Peruski, and her beloved grandchildren, Hannah and Zackary Kirsch. Her memory will continue to thrive in the hearts of her sister, Edna Lemanski and brothers, Elmer, Daniel, Edward,  and Joseph Schipinski.

Joann was a woman of strong-willed spirit, fiery passion, and stubborn tenacity. Her resilience illuminated her life and touched all who knew her. She loved the simple things in life, like polka music, reading a good book, playing bingo and cards, watching a baseball game, and enjoying a Pepsi.

Joann's vibrant spirit will be greatly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. A Celebration of Life will be organized in the coming months in which family and friends will enjoy each others' company, share memories and laughs, and participate in some of Joann's favorite activities.
