We regretfully announce the passing of JoAnn Patrick of Charlotte, NC, former Norfolk, VA Native on October 04, 2022. JoAnn was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.

Our mother, JoAnn, was one of the strongest, kindest women to ever walk this earth and our family was blessed to have her. JoAnn graduated from Bayside High in Virginia Beach, VA. . JoAnn was a wonderful and loving mother who gave her all to her family. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her.

JoAnn was predeceased in death  by her mother June Asher, her husband Vincent Patrick and her daughter Shannon Patrick. She is survived by her two daughters Shauna Samonte and Samantha Ware, sister Cathy Hardrick , brother Joseph Asher and 7 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandson from her only Granddaughter Brooklynn Martin.
