On June 2nd 2023, Mrs. Irma “Joann” Snodgrass Moffa, 89, of Summerville, SC passed away peacefully at the home she shared with her daughter Karen and grandson Nicholas. Joann was ushered home to heaven under a beautiful night sky and full moon.
Joann was born on October 8, 1933 and is the cherished daughter of the late Reverend Festus and Irma Snodgrass. Joann was born and raised in the mountains of Virginia with her parents …
