Joan Constance Smelstor (Terrio) past away today at 2:30 pm at the Colonial Poplin Nursing Home in Fremont Nh after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s Disease . She was born in Portsmouth Nh May 19,1931 to Alfred & Ruth Terrio who predeceased her . She lived in Malden and Medford before purchasing her pride and joy her home in centerfield in Peabody Ma in 1958 which she lived in til July 2019 . She survived …
