Our beloved Joan Elaine Pipersburgh passed away peacefully at the age of 70 on the date of April 25, 2024. Joan was born on June 13, 1953 to Mervin and Roxanne Pipersburgh in Belize City, Belize (formally known as British Honduras). Upon arriving in the U.S., Joan settled in Chicago, Illinois where she pursued her passion as a Cosmetologist for over ten years. Eventually, she relocated to Phoenix, Arizona where she retired from the Department …
