Joan McLaughlin, a loving wife, mother, and friend, passed away on May 20, 2022. Born on March 19, 1953, she was the cherished daughter of the late Charles and Nora Penhaligon.
Joan is survived by her devoted husband, Timothy McLaughlin, with whom she shared many wonderful years, creating precious memories that will forever be cherished.
