On your birthday I celebrate your beautiful life  and cherish every memory I have of you. ❤️

I miss talking to Joan and hearing her voice. I met Joan around 1982 by some other friends at the Montvale swim club. She told me her home is nearby.  Joan was always thoughtful, kind, sweet, lovingly & thinking of others.  

Your mom was a wonderful lady and a good friend. We hit it off the first time we met at tap class and we were dancing buddies. She introduced me to belly dancing, what fun that was! And we did hip hop and often say to each other what David the instructor said in class, "Walk around the room" and we'd laugh. Every moment I spent with Joan way joyful. We were not only connected as dancing buddies, but moms. When I first met her at tap you were with her and her pride and happiness was clear and she saw it in me when I brought my daughter to belly dancing. I will miss her always. My deepest condolences to you and your family. You were here heart and soul. Now she dances on the stars, plays tennis on a court of clouds, knits rainbows for all who loved her, and tends her garden in the sky.
