Obituary
Joan Ann Franklin passed away on March 19, 2018. Although Joan fought and won her battle with cancer, her body was just not able to endure the long-term side effects of her treatment. Joan was born in San Mateo, California on August 27, 1952 and attended St. Gregory’s Elementary School and Hillsdale High School, graduating in 1970. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Art History at Humboldt State University in 1974. After years working in …
