Joan Patricia (Beals) Carter passed away on March 1, 2023. Joan was born September 15, 1929 to Vernon and Irene Beals in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She grew up in Oklahoma City and attended The Hockaday School in Dallas. She was married to William Branham for 17 years, briefly living in Chicago before returning to Oklahoma City, where they had three children.
