Jo's obituary
Jo Ellen Clark, our beloved mother and grandmother passed away on Friday, August 16th at Bartlett Regional Hospital in Juneau, Alaska. Born February 2, 1941, she was 83 years old.
‘Nan,’ as she was called by her many grandchildren and their friends, will be missed for her sassy, no nonsense style, and her feisty, fiery spirit. Small in stature with an enormous heart, she was always willing to stand up for the underdog.
She is survived by her three daughters, Geri D. Henricksen, of Juneau, Alaska, Brenda J. Sowers, of Shelton, Washington, and Kimilie R. Clark Myrtle Point, Oregon, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
