Jimmy you were one of the good ones. A natural born giver with a heart of gold. Any tool I didn’t have, you did. Projects I struggled with, you had the answer. Something broke while I was on shift, jimmy saves the day. What a mentor I’ve been so honored to be in the presence of. If only I could be half the father to my kids that you were to those boys. My kids called you “Uncle Dimmy” and sprinted over to hug you. Such a short time you were in our life but to them, you were my brother and they knew it. I still don’t know how to tell them you’re gone. There’s a giant hole in our hearts where jimmy owns acreage. All I have now are memories and I will hold them dear. All the time we spent sitting in the driveway sharing stories, sometimes til 3AM. We never realized how late it was. That time we watched “The Ranch” in my garage and you fell asleep in the camping chair so I found it necessary to record drool rolling down your chin. 😂 We both laughed hysterically when you snorted yourself awake. I used to love showing you my projects. You would humor me and act like it was the big achievement I thought it was. Or that time that giant crazy trucker showed up to buy kats excursion and he wore that huge buck knife on his belt. When he left, you looked at me and said (crocodile Dundee voice) “That’s not a knoyfe, this is a knoyfe!” and you whipped that busted ass pocket knife of yours out. I can’t remember a time with you we weren’t laughing. Kat and I would look forward to spending time with you and Jen out front while the kids played. You had such a great relationship with her. You two were so patient with each other and navigated through life in such a calculated manner. Jen is strong and one of the best mothers I’ve ever met. She will hurt more than I can imagine with your loss. We will all hurt at her side. I am not ready to say goodbye yet, that will have to wait until these tears from losing you have passed. I love you buddy.
My dad was a great man and he loved us all

RIP brother. You will be missed, but I'm getting back on that dirt bike when I see you again!

I’m glad you and Jen were able to celebrate Tanya’s 40th in Temecula. That was our last memory. You’ll be missed, Jimmy.
