Jim was a friend/brother of my brother, Owen. I wasn't around him often, but when I was, he was always sweet, kind & quite a talker! I haven't seen him in years, but I know he loved music & his friends. Jim was truly one of a kind. My condolences to the family. Fly high, Jim. 🙏💕🥁

I have 1000 stories I could share regarding my adventures with Jim and I may share some of them in the near future, but today I just want to say what an awesome friend and brother Jim was to me.  We bumped heads on occasion but at the end of the day our love for each other was massive. I’m still sick to my stomach over his passing and I don’t think I’ll ever be the same again, a piece of my heart broke off.  I will say that it was an honor sharing a long season of my life with him and I’m glad I had the opportunity to loan him my music equipment to help him hone in his drumming skills. I’m glad that we had unspeakable journeys together and shared our passion of music together for decades. Our last in person encounter was extremely pleasant and proved our friendship  for more than 35 years was indeed a true bond of brotherhood. I’ll miss you Jimmy G and I believe we will see each other again in Paradise, love my bro. Godspeed.
