James Patrick “Jim” Davin, known affectionately as Jake, Jim, Jimbo, and Mr. Davin, passed away on July 13, 2025, at the age of 70.
Born on May 3, 1955, in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, Jim was the son of Margaret and Thomas”Red” Davin. He grew up alongside his brother, Tom Davin, and was part of a close-knit group of friends who called themselves the “Grove Street …
