Jesus's obituary
Jesus was born in Pinar del Rio, Cuba and was a resident of Miami, Florida for over 20 years. After moving to the United States as a child he resided in Gardena, California where his parents started a Cuban bakery. It was there, he learned the value of hard work, discipline, and humility. As a young adult he opened Gardena Stereo alongside his parents. After moving to Miami he opened Chacha’s Jewlery. He always had an entrepreneurial spirit and loved the real estate market. Over the past 20 years he has grown to be a well-known and loved active member of the community through his property management in Miami. He was very connected and devoted to his religious Yoruba community. He was a recognized Babalawo Ofun Batrupo, Omo Yemaya, as well as Omo Aña. His hobbies included playing drums at religious events, helping others and spending time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by many. Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be a private service, followed by a private burial with the immediate family.
