Jessica Ann Carnes, 31, of Fayetteville, Arkansas passed away on December 29, 2021 from complications of child onset Diabetes. Jessica was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 9. She fought hard to defy what this disease entailed and was determined to live life feisty and free every time she got the chance to be.
