It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Mr. Jesse Jamal Austin on September 25, 2023. Born on July 20, 2000, Jesse was taken from us all too soon but left a lasting impact with everyone he met.

Lovingly remembered for his silly, bubbly, and charming personification, Jesse was the baby boy amongst six siblings. He was robbed of his chance to truly shine and pursue greatness but he managed to fill these short years with unwavering kindness and respect.

Jesse had a generous spirit that showed through in all aspects of his life. Regardless of what he had, he was always willing to share with others. Both friends and family can attest to his endless kindness and the warmth that he brought into their lives.

Jesse is survived by his son, Josiah and daughter Kaliyah, sister, Tammy Humphrey, Donnetta Humphrey,  Jessica Humphrey, Jimmy Griffin  and Lizzy Mae Griffin who will miss their brother's jovial spirit and gentle soul. She and the rest of Jesse's family and friends now have the task of carrying his legacy through memory.
