Jesse's obituary
Jesse was born on September 6, 1962 in Phoenix, AZ. He attended South Mountain Community High School and worked in concrete construction most of his life. The last 15 years he spent doing home renovations and investing in real estate with his wife. There was almost nothing Jesse couldn’t fix or build - from fixing refrigerators to huge mechanical machinery and from building a dog house to a massive overhead freeway bridge structure. He was talented in so many ways.
Jesse eventually married Luciana Montoya, his high school sweetheart and they shared the last 30 years together.
He loved his family and he loved his dogs. He was a very compassionate, honest and generous man. His amazing personality allowed him to make lifelong friends in all walks of his life. Jesse’s robust laughter and sometimes quirky sense of humor will never be forgotten.
Jesse is survived by his wife Luciana Montoya Abril; sons Jason, Jesse and Andrew; daughter Jessica and stepson Luis; brothers Steven, Tony and Danny; sisters Gloria, Lydia and Dolores; 11 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.
Proceeded in death by his parents Steven Sr. and Jessie Abril; sisters Mary and Dian.
