Jerzy “Jurek” Paszkiewicz passed away on September 2, 2021 at the age of 69, in his hometown of Eustis, Florida after a long battle with cancer. Despite the pain, Jurek stayed strong until the end.
Early on in life, Jurek recognized his strengths and the need to help others. After his mandatory service in the Polish Army, he decided to become a firefighter and save lives. He was in his late 30s when he …
