The last few years of Daddy’s life his biggest concern was his family. He was sorry for what happened in the past. Dad didn’t read or write sending texts or writing letters weren’t options for him. Although, there was no doubt to me that he loved his family.

Daddy was raised by his grandparents Hazel Ruth Rochester - Wilkerson’s parents. Neither of which read or write either. He learned  from the sixth grade to work on diesel engines. He also loved motorcycles. Dad built chopper and race cars as well. His passion was motorcycles. He rode them across the country most of his adult life.

Once daddy started having heart problems he had to give up his motorcycle.  That was around the time my daughter Michelle was born I was 22.
