Jerry's obituary
Jerry was born in Syracuse, NY and resided in Wolcott, NY for many years. He was a man of his word with a big heart. He would do anything for anyone, even if he just met you. He was best at taking any hardship thrown his way and continuing to make the most out of life. For those who knew Jerry, he enjoyed making people laugh (and it was most likely with one of his inappropriate jokes- he loved those!) Jerry loved being around his children, and his greatest joy was spending time his granddaughter. He took joy in sitting by the lake with a fishing pole or by a bonfire with a cold beverage in his hand, embracing the company of those around him. But most importantly, he was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, friend and a great man.
Jerry leaves his memory behind to many. He is survived by his two daughters Desiree Wilson (Arthur), and Kasey Scarbrough (Charles), son Zachary Siler; granddaughter Aspen Wilson; mother Roseann Cahill; brothers Victor "Hector" Siler (Barbara), and Billy Siler; sisters Treva Siler, and Becki Netzband (Karl) and his nieces and nephews.
In Jerry's honor there will be a Celebration of Life Sunday, June 13th, 2021 at Goettel Park in Central Square from 12pm to 3pm.
