Background
The Salvation Army was very near to Jerry's heart. We know Jerry loved the Lord and is walking beside Him now in Heaven. Jerry also had big heart that he used to bring community together and help others in need. The mission of the Salvation Army is to spread the Good News about Jesus Christ and to meet human needs, two things we know Jerry was passionate about. When his son passed away in 2005, Jerry also asked for donations to be made to the Salvation Army.
