JL's obituary

In loving memory of our father, Jerry "JL" Leoffler, who passed away on December 17, 2022. He was a loving father of 3 children Zachary, Destiny, and Cortney. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren when given an opportunity. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Jl served in the military, and discharged as a disabled Army Veteran. We thank you for your services.

One of his favorite hobbies was riding his Harley. He was ready to travel around to a few of the surrounding states to journey just a couple months before his passing, but his illness jumped ahead of him.

Jl is truly one of the kindest souls on this planet if you were given the chance to get to know him. Our father was a gentle, giving man who worked tirelessly day and night to ensure that his family had everything they needed. He faced every challenge in life with admirable strength and courage.

Early in life, our father learned the importance of hard work and he instilled that same work ethic in us. He was always there for us, whether we were seeking some sort of life experience advice or even simply needing a shoulder to cry on. He taught us the importance of family, hard work and doing what is right. He took 100% responsibility of his kids no matter the situation.  Our father was a true role model and hero who we will always look up to.

The funeral service is still being determined by his family and this will be updated very soon.

Dad, you are now at peace but you will live on forever in our hearts. We love you so much. Rest in paradise. ❥ 12/17/2022
