hbd my dearest dear.

Your flower garden remains strong. The dahlias, true geraniums, my beautiful fragrant antique rose, and the others all have come back to me every year.  And inside, the orchids bloom all year long.

Starting in Spring, I will surround you with native habitat for birds, bees, and wildlife.  Firs and pines will canopy vine maple and nine bark and rhodys; which in turn will shelter hostas, ferns, oregon oxalis, and out croppings of flower colors that will change all year round.  I would not have envisioned such a natural and peaceful respite without our fine time together.

oh the gratitude and joy!

S

Your influence and my gratitude remain strong.

Just this week I sent someone the Optimist's Creed. My dahlias and orchids and natural geraniums, and the rest are all going strong too even as Autumn begins... Joy remains abundant in my life as we always shared it.    Miss you sweetie... HH KK S

Gratitude and love are undiminished, even with time passing...  While I miss you and long for your presence, my uncompromising positivity continues to grow from your model for and treatment of me and many others.

I only knew Jerry for the last 2 years of his life, but I’m so glad I did. He was very welcoming when I first started going to the Senior Center (JPC) in Tualatin, and he helped teach me how to play Shanghai Rummy. He was always witty and charming, and he liked a good joke. Most of all he was a great example of how to keep a positive attitude in the face of adversity. We certainly miss him!

Jerry was a dear and special friend. He and I shared many stories of our lives and found it very interesting that our lives had similar paths and histories. It is with a special foundness that I will be miss this man. Not once in my knowing him did I ever hear that man complain about anything and he had a wonderful ear for you if you needed comfort on any way.

May your stars shine bright and you watch over all of us until we can join you in eternal celebration.

Jerry was a special person. We at Shanghai rummy will miss him so much. He was so brave and never complained. Always up. It was a privilege to know him. Fran McCole
