Jerome's obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerome Danielson, who left us on April 26, 2023 at 2:27am. Born on June 7, 1931, Jerome lived a fulfilling life filled with love, laughter, and accomplishment. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.
Jerome is survived by his daughter, Lori; granddaughter, Kelsey Bernard; and grandsons, Jason Bernard, Brian Bernard, Dan Bernard, and Michael Bernard; Along with his 13 great-grand children. He adored his family and was deeply devoted to them, always prioritizing their well-being above all else.
Known for his funny yet serious nature, Jerome was always one to crack a joke and lighten the mood. He was a happy, driven, and caring person who valued the company of those he loved, especially his 13 great-grandchildren. Jerome's favorite recreational activities included fishing, playing cards, and watching football, often accompanied by his beloved Busch Light or Pepsi. He was an avid fan of the Lions and enjoyed classic music, the TV show Deadliest Catch, and the movie Snakes on a Plane.
One of Jerome's most notable accomplishments was owning his own workshop in Indiana. He could often be found frequenting flea markets until his health no longer permitted it. His wisdom and life lessons, such as "The grass isn't always greener on the other side; just water your own grass," will live on through his family and friends.
Jerome's love for family and his caring, supportive demeanor will not be forgotten. His sarcastic jokes, delightful banter, and unwavering dedication to his family will be deeply missed. As we remember Jerome and honor his legacy, his memory will continue to bring smiles and warmth to the hearts of those who knew him.
