Jerold O. Anderson, of Englewood, Fl, passed away at the age of 89 on May 19, 2025.

He was the son of Bryant W. and Olivette (Nelson) Anderson of Bridgewater. He was predeceased by his first wife Eleanor (Pilalas) Anderson and his siblings, Elizabeth (Betty), Alice, Bryant, Alan and Thomas. He is survived by his wife Helen of Englewood, daughters Teresa M. Meenan and her husband Paul of Weymouth, Laura A. Anderson of Weymouth, son Scott J. Anderson and his wife Paula of Brockton. He also leaves behind three grandchildren, Chad Meenan, Ross Meenan and his wife Allison and Brynn Kineavey and her husband Roger, and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins and nieces and nephews.

Jerry was born in Weymouth and raised in Weymouth and Quincy. Jerry was a proud member of Local 4 International Union of Operating Engineers. Past member of Morrisette Post Quincy, past member of Town River Yacht Club. Jerry lived in Weymouth, Brockton and most recently Englewood, Fl. Jerry had a love of many things, including home construction, auto mechanics, boat building, fishing and skiing. Jerry loved spending time with family and friends.

We will be having a Celebration of life on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Weymouth Eagles, 1338 Washington St., Weymouth, MA 02189 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
