Jeri Leanne "Punkin" Benham Martinez, 50, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on January 29, 2025, from natural causes. She was born on September 16, 1974.

Leanne graduated from South Pemiscot High School in Steele, Missouri, in 1992. She later worked at Circle K in San Antonio, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Rebecca Lea Cole and Jamie Joe Cole; her maternal grandparents, Bobby Glen "PawPaw" Penix and Ruby Nell Shipley Penix; and her paternal grandparents, Charles Mackie Joe "Joe" Benham and Shirley Coweta Ford Benham, as well as aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her father and stepmother, one brother and one sister, a stepsister, three children, and four grandchildren, along with aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Puente & Sons in San Antonio, Texas.

Memorial contributions in Leanne's name may be made to a local Children's Advocacy Center or a substance abuse program in your area.
