Jeremy Rand Nelson, 40, died Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Rancho Mesa Care Center in Rancho Cucamonga following a severe illness.

He leaves behind his mother, Michele Nelson; his sister, Heather Michele Gonzalez; his brother, Joshua Land Nelson; 3 nieces; Briana Michele Morales, Kaitlyn Victoria Miller, Madison Grace Dagani and great nephew Liam Vincent Morales.

Born in Riverside, California, the son of Rand and Michele Nelson, he was raised solely by his mother from the age of 3 in Ontario, California until the family moved to Alta Loma in 1992. He attended Rancho Cucamonga High School where he was involved in the Choral department during his Freshman and Sophomore years and graduated in 1997.

He loved attending church, especially working with kids and served regularly with his brother while teenagers in children's church at Cucamonga Christian Fellowship where the family attended for several years.
After his mom changed churches, Jeremy also enjoyed attending Water of Life Community Church with her on many occasions.

He was a hard worker and held various jobs most of his adult life.

Jeremy’s Celebration of Life service was held at Water of Life Community Church on December 11, 2019.
