Jen was someone I’d met in a professional setting.  She has been one of the most impactful humans I’ve been given the honor of caring for and being beside. I feel like Jen had such an abundance of love and kindness it exuded from every ounce of her. Jen was funny, thoughtful, encouraging, even at her weakest, she insisted you’re never too old. Told me all about how she’d accomplished so much in education and was constantly learning and working on her masters. Jen inspired me and I keep pushing everyday, thinking about the day I first met Jen and she forever changed my life. 

We meet in an unusual way. I was blessed to make her graces during treatment. She was the sweetest and strongest person I’d ever met in her disposition. Aside from that disposition, had we’d met before all of her health concerns, I’m certain she would’ve shined a light just as bright into m life. She made me believe in myself again. Helped remind me that no matter how bad it hurts you push through, don’t cry, DO NOT CRY. Live. Because of you my shortest lived friendship ever , one of the most impactful of my entire life.
